SQ –Sales Quotient
SQ, developed under the banner of The Company Coach Ltd sister company White House Consulting, identifies strengths and weaknesses in 9 crucial sales competencies and 4 key individual attributes. The detailed reports provide a superbly effective means of determining sales training needs, containing the costs of training and of providing vital benchmarks to support any sales recruitment program. The scores are analysed and the results compared with a self-evaluation questionnaire.
SQ is an essential starting point for arresting inadequate sales performance. The result provides a unique and powerful tool to identify the appropriate development path for a salesperson to become substantially more effective in their role.
GDQ –Group Development Questionnaire
Where people work together with a common or shared objective, they may all too easily be described simply as a group. However, the interaction between those individual members may be intensely complex and this may have a major bearing on the group’s productivity and upon the development of its impact.
GDQ is a highly effective tool essential to any focused exercise for improving group productivity. GDQ is statistically reliable and produces a valid measure of a group’s functionality. It identifies the effectiveness of the study group compared to the productivity of a large control sample of other work groups, identifies the existence of any sub-groups within the larger group and specifically diagnose current issues that group members must address in order that any improvement in productivity may be effected. Groups pass through various identifiable stages of development and this is established by the re-application of GDQ.
EQ –Entrepreneurial Quotient

EQ is established amongst investment and venture capitalists, business owners, franchisors as well as senior executives of major enterprises as the definitive means of selecting distinguished individuals with the flair for building new businesses or developing the potential to the fullest of existing operations.
EQ identifies key entrepreneurial traits and thinking patterns and is validated against a massive base of data gathered from thousands of successful entrepreneurs and senior executives drawn from a wide range of market sectors. Private individuals have also been able to rely on EQ when seeking reliable evidence as to their ability to embark on an entrepreneurial career.
CPP –Comprehensive Personality Profile
CPP has an enviable reputation amongst senior HR executives who recognise the practical value of psychometric profiling and who acknowledge that CCP is a vital tool is the applications of improving recruitment success, career guidance and the analysis of training and coaching provision.
CPP is a factor-analytically derived questionnaire designed to assess individual adult personality and motivation. CPP provides HR professionals and line managers with a better understanding of the fundamental personality traits of the people they hire, train and promote.
Detailed narrative “profiles” identify individuals with personality traits that are compatible with both occupational and organisational demands. Once scores are entered, reports can be generated for recruitment and selection, training needs analysis, management supervision and a self-report. Selection charts are used to match candidates’ primary traits and secondary traits to a range of desired scores for hundreds of different job types. CPP can also create customised selection charts for any specific role in the organisation.
WPT –Cognitive Ability
The most widely recognised test of general intelligence today, WPT is a 12-minute time test of numeracy, verbal reasoning and spatial awareness which accurately predicts a person’s ability to learn, understand instructions, interpret information and solve problems. By matching individuals with jobs that complement their abilities and potential, WPT reduces selection time and staff turnover thereby improving productivity, whilst also filtering out potentially costly low performers.
