Coaching Clinic
The Coaching clinic is a practical two day training course and follow up designed to help managers and leaders develop their understanding and competency in using a coaching approach to management.
Coaching is the process of applying specialist skills, methodology and knowledge to people, so that they may maximise their impact and constantly renew themselves and their organisations as they experience continuous change. DEVELOPING COACHING COMPETENCIES
Through the Coaching Clinic, managers and leaders develop their competency in coaching by:

COURSE CONTENT
The workshops are facilitated within a group coaching environment. The process is both interactive and practical with the emphasis on self-discovery and self- learning. The Coaching Clinic work book provided for the retention of every delegate is of an exceptional and detailed quality. It provides delegates post-course with extensive support and reference material to assist in developing the skills, capabilities, competencies and self assurance required.

The programme covers
- the 5-step coaching process, which has proved most effective in the workplace.
- the 4 primary coaching skills
- the Personal Coaching Style Inventory, a profiling tool to facilitate personal awareness
- practice in recognising other peoples styles and how to coach them
- one-to-one coaching practice in duo's or trio’s, with instant feedback, allowing for immediate integration of learning.
The half-day workshops and one-to-one coaching
The follow-on workshops allow for learning to be refreshed, examined and updated against real experience. Participants also share experiences and learn from each other. They reconnect participants to the successes and challenges of applying coaching skills in workplace situations.
The three-month process provides full coaching and support for managers developing and using their skills. The ongoing support enables the coaching culture to become more widely installed thus increasing the overall benefits that the organisation receives.
