Client challenge

“I know what I want to achieve, but I need someone to help me get there.”

Our response

Often it is the people who are in senior roles within their organisations who are most in need of developing and expanding their leadership capabilities. For them, the privacy and confidentiality of one-to-one coaching is often the answer.

Coaching as an approach saves time because we focus on the issues that are most important and relevant. The coach is someone outside the organisation and the executive benefits from an objective viewpoint.

Our approach

Firstly we agree objectives, jointly developing a contract that spells out the key objectives, how the achievements will be measured, how the coaching programme will work and how long it will last.

We strongly uphold the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation since trust, ethics and reliability are also key to the success of every coaching project. This is confirmed in an agreement detailing how we work; and which we sign in front of each coachee before any work begins.

Just some of the ways we work with you

  • Coaching in leadership development –style, vision, direction
  • Coaching in management skills –performance, delegation, planning
  • Coaching in job-related skills –sales, marketing, negotiating
  • Coaching in personal skills –communication, influence, stress and time management, conflict resolution
  • Personal development –values, beliefs, networking, profile raising and work/life balance, retirement planning
  • Training in above related subjects may be undertaken where appropriate.
