Sally Kleyn
Sally coaches individuals, teams and whole organisations. She helps them to view change through the lens of ‘human systems’. This shift in perspective offers a framework to understand the current change dynamic and the choices that are available, predict what is likely to happen yet be able to respond to the unexpected, take appropriate action in line with their role, their goal and their context, learn skills and methods for future change situations.
Here are just some examples of successful projects that Sally has run:
- consulting with an executive Board in a professional services firm to manage a crisis that was threatening to close the business;
- facilitating a new UK Operations Board in a property services plc to establish their purpose, identify their strategic priorities and organise themselves to accomplish their goals;
- coaching a senior management team of one of the major accountancy consultancies that had lost 80% of their business to off-shoring to re-kindle their motivation and drive to find new business and retain their staff;
- developing the Head Teacher of a comprehensive school and his senior team to become an emotionally intelligent top team;
- training executives and senior managers in a range of companies and sectors to take up their leadership in different contexts; corporate internal service providers (HR, Operations, IM departments) to become more client-focused;
- developing designated high flyers in several FTSE 100 companies in the areas of leadership and change management skills in line with the demands of a changing business environment.
