Rowena Davis
Rowena’s areas of expertise are coaching individuals and teams to improve communication and performance, clarifying goals and taking up their roles functionally; facilitating individual, team and organisational change; conflict resolution; strategic marketing; “action learning”; and working with the planned and unplanned sides of organisational life and change. She is passionate about bringing out people’s problem-solving and creative abilities and implementing practical solutions that people can work with.
With over 20 years’ experience, she has worked for a wide range of public, private and not-for-profit organisations including, in the last three years, Amnesty International, De Beers Group, the Department for Children, Schools and Families, Greenpeace International, IKEA, JWT, Royal Mail and Surrey Children’s Services. Rowena’s career includes successfully running her own consultancy business, providing marketing and strategy consulting to financial organisations at KPMG, strategy consulting with The Economist Group and publishing PR and social research and university teaching in Italy.
She achieved a distinction in her MSc in facilitating Organisational Change from the University of Surrey in 2002 and has a BSc (Econ) 2:1 from the London School of Economics and a Dott. in Sociologia from the University of Trento, Italy. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Full Member of the Market Research Society and is training to be a licensed Systems-Centered Training practitioner. Rowena is an Associate of The Company Coach Limited.
