Mike begins by doing an audit of their business through a well developed questionnaire. He asks such questions to identify what opportunities the client might have and what they should do to grow. The results of this stage focus his attention on the areas of need and action.

Typically he would deliver a marketing workshop at the next stage. This would put the building blocks in place for a relevant and comprehensive marketing strategy. Finally an action plan is agreed upon. Mike may carry out the actions himself or advise the client on the course of action.
